SNBL can conduct both preclinical and clinical studies for new drug development
such as toxicity studies with toxicokinetics (TK), pharmacological studies
with pharmacokinetics (PK), ADME studies using radioisotopes (RI), and
clinical trials with PK studies. The results of these studies are evaluated
by SNBL, correlating toxicity and efficacy profiles with TK and PK, respectively,
and integrated data packages can be compiled for new drug applications. |
